Case study

Responsibilities

  1. 01 Analyze business processes, user needs, operational issues, and system requirements related to personnel services.
  2. 02 Gather and clarify requirements with users and stakeholders, then translate them into functional specifications, workflows, technical tasks, and development priorities.
  3. 03 Design and improve personnel entitlement service workflows, including leave requests, honors, awards, and other related personnel services.
  4. 04 Evaluate existing system behavior, identify process gaps, and recommend functional and technical improvements across the current project scope.
  5. 05 Develop and maintain application features across Laravel-based backend services, Blade interfaces, PostgreSQL databases, REST APIs, testing, debugging, optimization, and deployment.
  6. 06 Completed the application upgrade from Laravel 8 to Laravel 13 and supported modernization of the application architecture and codebase.
  7. 07 Optimize application code, database processes, Redis caching, and server-side delivery using Nginx and Laravel Octane.
  8. 08 Strengthen application security and access control through UUID-based identifiers, role-based access control, rate limiting, dependency upgrades, validation, and secure coding practices.
  9. 09 Lead a three-person full-stack development team by assigning tasks, defining priorities, monitoring progress, and coordinating resolution of technical blockers.
  10. 10 Serve as the on-site liaison between users, client stakeholders, company management, and the development team.
  11. 11 Lead requirement discussions, project meetings, and weekly progress presentations covering completed work, ongoing development, identified issues, and follow-up actions.
  12. 12 Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, requirement validation, production deployment, issue verification, and post-release evaluation.
